Happy New Year from the OFC PR Team! OFC 2021 remains the premier venue to announce new products and launch strategic initiatives. The new conference and exhibition dates, 6 – 10 June 2021, at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, California, USA will allow for additional pre-show planning and a more favorable and engaging OFC experience. 
 
 
Important PR Information
This is the second in a series of newsletters that will include important information. To ensure the appropriate person at your company receives these PR updates about the show and the pre-registered media/analyst list, please take a moment to register your company's PR contact now. Your PR contact must be registered in order to receive the pre-registered media/analyst list.
OFC 2021 Participation Deadlines
The OFC technical program accommodates the full range of timescales from current deployment to long term research. Submit a 3-page paper, and if accepted, you can present at the 2021 OFC Technical Conference. As a result of the date change, the abstract and summary submission deadline for papers is Tuesday, 26 January 2021. Have a question? Submissions for the Demo Zone are due by Monday, 22 February. (See other impacted milestones in the revised author timeline.) 
OFC 2021 Sneak Peak
Anchoring our week-long business and technical programming will be three global technology and research visionaries. Some of the hot topics that will be covered in this year's discussions include machine learning/AI, neuromorphic computing and quantum communications. Our plenary lineup will be announced in early February so stay tuned! 

OFC Exhibitor registration will open in early February; don't miss your opportunity to hear industry leaders, technical experts and academia.
PR Toolkit
The 2021 PR Toolkit will walk you through the FREE and discounted publicity opportunities available to exhibitors to help maximize their presence at the show both in-person and virtually. These programs include OFC First News, OFC Breakfast Briefings and the Exhibitor PR & Marketing Reception.

OFC 2021 Health & Safety Practices
OFC Management will implement the latest recommendations from local government and health officials to mitigate risk of infection during the in-person conference and exhibition. Please check the OFC 2021 FAQ often or visit ofcconference.org/cares for the current conference status and latest COVID-19 guidance.
