OFC offers exhibiting companies the opportunity to host news conferences and briefings. A conference room is available during Media Center operating hours. Complete the request form to reserve your preferred date and time (fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis).
Even if you choose not to use the conference room, we ask that you submit information on media events and company announcements that you are planning to host onsite. We maintain a comprehensive list of news events and make this information available to registered media and analysts.
