Edlen Electrical & Plumbing Services - Ordering Website
Edlen Electric is the exclusive provider of electrical, air, water, drain services at the OFC Conference. As the exclusive electrical provider for OFC, the contractor manages all electrical installations, power distribution, and utility hookups within the exhibit hall. All exhibitors must place electrical and utility orders through this portal to ensure compliance with venue and event regulations.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Information - NEW Process
OFC 2027 allows exhibitors to use EACs, provided they comply with all show and venue Rules & Regulations and carry the required insurance. Please download the details below and follow the steps to complete the EAC process. Exhibitors must submit EAC designations via the EAC Online Portal no later than January 21, 2027.
Exhibitors must provide their EAC with all relevant exhibit hall information, including show rules, utilities, order forms, schedules, and shipping details. By participating, EACs acknowledge and accept all requirements outlined in the Rules/Regulations and the EAC process document below.
To cover costs related to liability, administration, and compliance tracking, each EAC must pay a $150 fee per booth/meeting room serviced, regardless of the services provided. This fee is payable via the online EAC portal.

Los Angeles Convention Center - Temporary Structure
All structures and related sub-assemblies must be designed, assembled, and configured so that the entire temporary structure project and all related components are structurally sound and seismically stable. Furthermore, all said structures must be designed and built as per all applicable national, state, and local building and fire codes in seismic zone #4. An isometric rendering of any structure that meets the temoporary structure critera outline below msut be submittien to the LACC not latert than January 20, 2027.
Upon review and approval of LACC management, the license/exhibtor is rquired to file for a temporary structre permit with the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety Department (LADBS).
Structures and exhibits with any of the following elements are defined as temporary structures that require review/approval by LACC management along with an LADBS permit.
- Structures over 12’ in height; 2-story structures
- Platforms and stages exceeding 30 inches in height above the floor intended to carry live load, or stair/steps exceeding 48 inches in height above the floor intended to carry live loads.
- Expansive (15’ or more) 1-story structures that contain: overhead beams; signage; truss; cantilevers; etc., of considerable weight and/or span
- Video wall structures exceeding 12’ in height (single or multiple screens)

Exhibitor Registration - Opening in October
To complete your registration for OFC 2027, you will need your Password/Exhibitor ID. This unique identifier is required for all exhibitor badge registrations and ensures your company’s information is correctly linked within the OFC system.
Your Exhibitor ID is always available in your Exhibitor Resource Center, where you manage payments, update your company profile, and access all official event materials.
Badge Allotments:
- Each company will be responsible for submitting the name(s) of the individual(s) to recevie these allotments
- Per 10'x10' space occupied, each exhibiting company receives one (1) complimentary full conference registation (EXT), including access to the Technical Digest online.
- There is no limit on Exhibit Personnel (EXP) badges - the badges are complimentary bot only allow access to the exhbit floor and Plenary session.
Where to find your Password/Exhibitor ID
Log in to your Exhibitor Resource Center and locate the tile labeled Exhibitor Registration. Your Exhibitor ID will be diplayed directly on that tile along with the link to begin the registation process. The registration link to the exhibitor dashboard will be provided to each exhibitors primary (key) contact who may then provide it to all their registrants.
