Policies and Terms of Registration
Reasonable Event Policies and Terms have been established for OFC. We encourage you to read these carefully as all registrants to OFC will be required to agree to these policies and terms as a condition of registration.
Change and Cancellation Policy
Virtual Full-Conference registrants can change to In-Person Full Conference participation at any time before or during the conference. The difference in the registration rate is assessed based on when the original registration was completed:
- Register before/on 07 February: Receive the comparable early registration rate for In-Person participation.
- Register after 07 February: Receive the comparable regular registration rate for In-Person participation.
Note: Upgrade changes can be made on the registration website, by contacting Registration Customer Service or at the onsite Registration counter.
In-Person Full Conference registrants can change to Virtual Full-Conference participation through Monday, 21 February 2022. The refunded difference is based on when the original registration was completed and when the change request is submitted:
- Register before/on 07 February and submit a change request before/on 07 February: Receive a refund for the difference between the early registration rates for In-Person and Virtual participation.
- Register before/on 07 February and submit a change request after 07 February: Receive a refund for the difference between the early registration rate for In-Person participation and the regular registration rate for Virtual participation.
- Register after 07 February and submit a change request after 07 February: Receive a refund for the difference between the regular registration rates for In-Person and Virtual participation.
Note: Downgrade changes must be made by contacting Registration Customer Service. Please allow four to six weeks to process a refund request.
Cancelling a Registration
Refund requests must be received in writing by Monday, 21 February 2022. A processing service charge of USD 75 is assessed. Registrations completed after Monday, 21 February 2022 are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please allow four to six weeks to process a refund request.
