Experimental Analysis of Receiver Failure for 19-Core Randomly Coupled Core Fibre Transmission (W2A.28)

We experimentally investigate the impact of the failures of spatial channel receivers on the transmission performance of a randomly coupled 19-core fiber system. Severe penalties are observed when a spatial channel receiver fails.
