These figures should in no way be considered absolute pricing, nor are these comprehensive lists – rates for shipping, promotions/advertising, accommodations, daily expenses, and travel must also be considered.
Note that estimates and rates (USD) are based on Advance Order/ Early-Bird Deadlines. Please consult your Exhibitor Services Manual or the Exhibitor Service Center for exact rates and deadlines once those will be published this Fall. Additionally, booth furnishing rates do not include sales tax.
