Industry’s 1st 5nm 800G DSP
In May 2021, MaxLinear announced the sampling of its 5nm Keystone family of 400G/800G PAM4 DSPs. They are the world’s first 5nm PAM4 DSPs and provide industry leading power consumption while supporting 106G/lane electrical and optical I/O.
In a compact footprint (12mm x 12mm) suitable for next generation QSFP-DD800 and OSFP optical modules, Keystone DSPs include integrated drivers with both differential and single-ended options that are capable of directly driving both SiPh and EML optical interfaces.
