Go!Foton Names Ed Buckley Vice President of Sales

Somerset, New Jersey---Go!Foton, Inc., a world leader in optical components and connectivity solutions for the fiber optic communications industry, is pleased to announce that Ed Buckley has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of Go!Foton’s Global Sales Team to drive the company’s revenue goals, develop and expand into new markets, and direct the overall sales strategies to maximize Go!Foton’s market share.

Buckley brings with him 25+ years of successful leadership in sales and business development for Fortune 500 technology and telecommunications suppliers as well as private companies and startups.  Prior to joining Go!Foton, he served as Vice President of Sales for Telescent, Inc. where he was responsible for coverage of Tier 1 data centers and service providers.  Buckley has also held Executive Roles in Sales Management at CommScope, TE Connectivity, Infinera, Entrisphere, Corvis, and Nortel.

Ed Buckley earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of NY in Brooklyn, NY. He and his family live in Lakeland, Florida.
