Submit Company Description

The Buyers’ Guide is the show directory that is provided to each attendee. Each exhibiting company receives one free listing in this book. Each company will also receive one online digital booth profile. The information submitted for the online digital booth will appear in the Buyers' Guide.


Buyers’ Guide Submission Deadline: Friday, 01 December 2023 (for print version only)

Any changes or submissions received after this deadline may not be reflected in the print version. Exhibiting companies may continue to submit changes to their online digital booth at any time. Should a company miss this deadline, only the contact information entered by the exhibitor in the online profile for the current year will appear. Information entered in previous years is not carried over. Management reserves the right to edit any submissions if necessary.

The Buyers’ Guide is the printed show directory that is provided to each attendee. Each exhibiting company receives one free listing in this book. In addition, each company will receive one listing online (or “digital booth”), and in the Conference App.

Submission Instructions:

  1. Go to https://ofc24.exh.mapyourshow.com/6_0/login.cfm and log in using your assigned credentials received by email from service@mapyourshow.com. Please contact exhibits@ofcconference.org if you have not received your credentials.

  1. Click on the "Exhibitor Directory Listing" button to go to the submission site. Enter the email address associated with the online profile.

  1. Click on the "Edit Information" button under Company Information. Here you will enter Headquarter Information. Enter the company name, address, city, state/ province, postal code, country, telephone, Company Email, Company description, and applicable social media sites. Please enter Company Email and Company Description as you wish attendees to see. This should be a general email or an information email, not your personal email.

  1. Click “Update” button once information entered.

  1. Once you have reviewed your company information and made any necessary changes, please click the "Approve Data" button above “Company Information.”  
  2. Where the submitted information will appear
