Corporate Village is a turnkey, hard-walled meeting room space located on the exhibit floor. Amenities are dependent upon the size of the space you secure, but will include: a paneled room, locking door, table with side chairs, wastebasket, room number sign, electrical circuit and carpet.

How to Secure Your Corporate Village Space
Submit your Contract - Note that 50% of the full corporate village space is due and non-refundable with all reservations made before 1 September 2020. After this time, the exhibitor is obligated to pay 100% of the contracted amount. Please email your completed form to the OFC Sales Team firstname.lastname@example.org
Receive Confirmation - You will receive an email from the OFC Sales Team confirming your assigned location within 48 business hours of sending your completed corporate village space contract
