Photonic Three-Dimensional Tensor Convolution Operation Based on Time-Wavelength Interleaved Frequency Synthesis Technology (W2A.38)

We propose an integrated photonic three-dimensional tensor convolution accelerator by time-wavelength interleaved frequency synthesis technology, achieving the extraction of three-dimensional CT edge information with 1K resolution @15 FPS and a PSNR of 24 dB.
