System-Level Inverse Design for Stokes Receivers on a Commercial Foundry Platform (W6A.5)

Using our novel inverse design methodology we design a compact silicon photonic Stokes vector receiver for a commercial foundry. The receiver is comprised of a polarization splitter, polarization rotator, power splitter, and 90o hybrid.
