Welcome to OFC! Learn How to Access Papers.

We're glad you're here. Each morning of the conference, we'll be sending a daily wrap message — spotlighting things to note for the day ahead and highlights from the day before. Today, we focus on several ways to access Digest Papers from the technical conference.

Option One: OFC Mobile App Access

Full technical registrants can navigate directly to the technical papers right from the OFC mobile app. Just locate the session or talk in "Event Schedule" and click on the "Download PDF" link that appears in the description.

IMPORTANT: You will need to log in to use some of the app's features. After downloading the app, log in with your registration information — you'll only have to do this once. (We've provided your registration code and email at left.)

Option Two: Online Access

Technical Digest papers and Postdeadline papers are available from OSA Publishing’s Digital Library. The Digest papers are available now; Postdeadline papers will be available on Tuesday, 24 March.
Tutorial presentations and three-page summaries of invited and contributed papers can be downloaded by individual sessions or by daily .zip files. .zip files are available for 60 days after the conference ends.
Select the “download Digest Papers” button at left. On the log-in page, you will need to log in using your OSA credentials.

NOTE: Some technical registrants will have received an email to first login or create an account with OSA. If you are in this group or experience difficulty seeing the .zip files or downloading the papers, go to this OFC webpage, enter your registration code and follow the directions online.

Option Three: USB Slap Band Access

New this year, the Technical Digest will be available on a USB drive. Simply connect the drive in a computer to access the three-page summaries of invited and accepted contributed papers and tutorial presentation notes.

For additional convenience, the USB drive is housed in a “slap band”, a wearable wrist band. Full technical registrants will find their slap band in their print version of the OFC Conference Program or in their attendee conference bag.

Postdeadline Papers and Poster Presentations

Electronic copies of Postdeadline papers will be available on Tuesday, 24 March. As with other conference papers, they will be available through OSA Publishing’s Digital Library.
Print copies of the digests will be available to all technical conference registrants at 09:00 on Thursday, 26 March at Registration (South Tower lobby).

Authors presenting posters have the option to submit a .pdf version of their poster, which will be attached to their papers in OSA Publishing’s Digital Library. These supplements will be available approximately three weeks after OFC concludes.
