How to Reserve Corporate Village Space
- Complete the 2017 Corporate Village application. You can view available Corporate Village spaces on the OFC 2017 floorplan.
- Send in your contract, with a non-refundable deposit of 50% to the OFC 2017 Exhibit Sales Department at the address printed on the contract. Note that 100% of the full Corporate Village is due and non-refundable with all reservations made after 15 September 2016. You can also fax your completed contract to +1 202.416.1428 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to officially reserve your space.
- You will receive an email from the OFC Sales Team, confirming your assigned location, within 48 business hours of sending your fax. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 business hours, please contact the OFC accounts team at email@example.com or +1 202.416.1428.
What is a Corporate Village?
A Corporate Village is a hard-walled meeting room built and located on the exhibit floor. Amenities are dependent upon the size of the room and include: locking door, table, chairs, wastebasket, electrical circuit, and carpet.

Exhibitor Rate - $4,600
Non-Exhibitor Rate - $5,100
Exhibitor Rate - $9,200
Non-Exhibitor Rate - $10,200
Exhibitor Rate - $18,400
Non-Exhibitor Rate - $20,400
